Usage
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Put several drops in the palm of your hand. Stir counter-clockwise 3 times with your fingers to energize the oils. Then apply per suggestions. Leave on, let absorb into skin. The essential oils and luxurious jojoba carrier will absorb completely after a minute or two without any oily residue.
USAGE SUGGESTIONS
For PROSTATE HEALTH: Apply 1-2 drops, morning & evening, to skin on base of torso. Avoid sensitive tissues and mucus membranes. Leave on, will absorb completely within a minute or so.
For BLADDER DISCOMFORT: Apply 5-10 drops on lower abdomen or around belly button on an ‘as needed’ basis. Massage gently. Leave on, let absorb.
For STRESS RELIEF / RELAXATION: Inhale deeply from opened bottle several times. Closed your eyes and visualize a soothing environment. Use as frequently as needed.
CAUTION: *Keep bottles out of reach of children & pets.*
ACUTE VS. CHRONIC
For ACUTE Health crises use 100% undiluted essential oils.
