Usage

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Put several drops in the palm of your hand. Stir counter-clockwise 3 times with your fingers to energize the oils. Then apply per suggestions. Leave on, let absorb into skin. The essential oils and luxurious jojoba carrier will absorb completely after a minute or two without any oily residue.

USAGE SUGGESTIONS
For MENSTRUAL CRAMPS: Apply 4-6 drops over abdomen and lower back, as needed. Apply a heating pad or hot water bottle over tender abdomen until discomfort subsides.

For NIGHT CRAMPS: Apply 3-4 drops on tense muscle. Stretch out to prevent seizing. Drink a large glass of water with a pinch of salt as soon as the cramp subsides.

For STRESS RELIEF: Simply inhale from the bottle deeply, as needed, for relaxation.

CAUTIONS: *Keep bottles out of reach of children & pets.*
AVOID if PREGNANT. Do NOT use with HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE or EPILEPSY issues.

ACUTE VS CHRONIC:

For ACUTE Health crises use 100% undiluted essential oils.
Diluted Essential oil blends (5%-20%) are often MORE EFFECTIVE for treating:
* CHRONIC Health Issues
* BABIES, CHILDREN, and the ELDERLY
* IMMUNE-Compromised Individuals
