Hi there! I love the oils! I had my husband rub some on my back. It was within 60 seconds I could feel a difference. It felt like my muscles knew they were being taken care of.
Have you ever watched ‘Friends?’ Have you seen the episode where Monica gives Chandler a back rub and it is so painful? Well, that is how my husband rubs my back so the muscles didn’t relax because of him.
