Usage

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Put several drops in the palm of your hand. Stir counter-clockwise 3 times with your fingers to energize the oils. Then apply per suggestions. Leave on, let absorb into skin. The essential oils and luxurious jojoba carrier will absorb completely after a minute or two without any oily residue.

USAGE SUGGESTIONS
CAUTION: NOT for use on kids under the age of 3.
For TODDLERS: Dilute 2-3 drops CARESSE™ in a teaspoon of carrier oil (organic Almond, Grapeseed, Jojoba).
For grade school KIDS: Dilute 1-to-1 (ie. 50%) in carrier oil or use undiluted from the bottle.
Rub /massage as needed all over aching areas joints, feet, ankles, knees, hips – especially at bedtime.

ACUTE VS. CHRONIC
For ACUTE Health crises use 100% undiluted (NEAT) essential oils.
Diluted Essential oil blends (5%-20%) are often MORE EFFECTIVE for treating:
* CHRONIC Health Issues
* BABIES, CHILDREN, and the ELDERLY
* IMMUNE-Compromised Individuals

NOTES: Therapeutic essential oils ~ grown organically (or wild-crafted), processed carefully to retain maximum therapeutic benefits ~ are expensive (but have minimal negative side effects compared to conventional, toxifying pharmaceuticals).
